ReelSwap is operated by Generation Loss LLC.

How to request deletion

Email [email protected] from the address on your ReelSwap account, with the subject “Account deletion request” and your username.
We confirm the request came from the account’s owner, then delete the account.
We email you once it’s done. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Want a copy of your collection first? Export it as JSON or CSV from Settings → Account before you send the request.

Your account and profile: email address, password, Google sign-in link, display name, bio, location, social links, favourites, avatar and banner images. Your username is replaced with an anonymous placeholder, and every signed-in session is ended.
Your collection and want list, including notes, tags and grades on your own items.
Your share links and their visit history.
Your follows, in both directions.
Your personal home-movie titles and their images.
API keys, password-reset and email-verification tokens, and unfinished scans.

Once deleted, you can sign up again with the same email address as a new account.

Some contributions become part of the shared catalog and other members’ records. These are kept, no longer linked to your name or email:

Photos and scans of your items: photos you uploaded, and scans and cover textures made with ReelScan or the Texture Archiver. They document the physical release for the community archive. Photos stay private unless you had made them public.
Catalog entries you added or corrected, and flags you filed.
Grades you gave on other members’ items (without your notes), and reactions, which only ever appear as anonymous counts.
Feedback you sent and anonymous usage statistics.
